How can I view my Sync.ME purchases?

To view your Purchases,  please follow the instructions below:

1. Tap on the hamburger icon on the upper left  .
2. Go to “Purchases”.
3. Tap on the right-hand upper button .
4. The following options will appear: Reload and Redeem Code.
   

                            

Reload: This will reload your purchases. 

Redeem Code: If you received a Promo Code please insert it here.

If you bought a subscription and it is not active in the app, please click on "Reload".
