Why am I missing friends from Facebook or other social networks?

Missing friends from any of your social networks’ lists in Sync.ME may be due to your friends’ privacy settings on those networks. Facebook has restrictions on fetching friends.

For instance, if your friend declines to grant third-party apps access on Facebook, they will not appear in your Facebook friends’ list in Sync.ME.

• To increase the number of matches for your contacts, we recommend syncing with multiple social networks, including Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Vkontakte.
• You can also use Premium Sync to get more high-resolution pictures for your contacts.
