Why am I missing friends from Facebook or other social networks?

Missing friends from any of your social networks’ list in Sync.ME may be related to your friends’ privacy settings on those social networks. There are restrictions from Facebook on fetching friends.

For instance: If your friend declines to give access to third-party apps on Facebook then he/she will not appear in your Facebook friends’ list in Sync.ME. 

• In order to get more matches for your contacts, we suggest to sync with multiple social networks: Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Vkontakte.
• You can also use Premium Sync to get more high-resolution pictures for your contacts (for Pro members).
