When installing Sync.ME or changing your registered phone number, Sync.ME may ask you to enter an SMS verification code that may be sent to your phone number. When verification is required, you will be asked to enter the code from the SMS in the app to prove ownership of the provided phone number. If SMS is a problem, you can request an audio telephone call that will have a robot read the verification code to you out loud.
If you do not receive the SMS or the audio call, please contact us at support@sync.me.
Some users are not asked for an SMS code and do not receive one: if you have completed the registration step and can use the app, then you did not need to verify with a code - there is no need to “wait” for an SMS.
