When installing Sync.ME or changing your registered phone number, Sync.ME might ask you to enter an SMS verification code that may be sent to your phone number. When such verification is required, you will be asked to enter the verification code received in the SMS inside the app to prove the ownership of the provided phone number. If SMS text is a problem, you have the option to request an audio telephone call that will have a robot read the verification code to you out loud.
In case of not getting the SMS or the audio call, please contact us by email support@sync.me.
Some users are not asked for an SMS code and are not sent one: if you have completed the registration step and can use the app then you did not need to verify with a code - there is no more need to “wait” for an SMS anymore.
