How to Unblock a Number

If a phone number was previously marked as SPAM and blocked, you can easily unblock it in the app by adding it to the Whitelist. By adding a number to your whitelist, you ensure it will not be blocked by our system and that calls from this number will always be allowed.

How to Add a Number to the Whitelist

1. Open the app and go to the Blocking section.
2. Tap Whitelist.
3. Tap the + (plus) icon.
4. Choose one of the following options:
   • Add phone number
   • Recent calls
   • Recent text messages
5. Enter the phone number and name (if needed).

• Tap OK to save

                  

Once the number is added to the Whitelist, it will be allowed to call you without any restrictions.

Why Use the Whitelist?

• Prevent important calls from being blocked.

• Override SPAM or blocking rules

• Ensure trusted contacts always reach you
